Terms And Conditions

  • The hire period will normally be 24 hours although there may be room for flexibility by prior arrangement. 
  • The deposit to be paid on booking a baby shower is 50% of the full party balance. 
  • Booking deposit will be returned in full for any cancellation made in more than 90 days before event. For cancellations made less than 90 days before the event, the deposit can only be returned if we are able to re-book the date.
  • The receipt of booking deposit to Twinkle & Snug is taken as confirmation that the hirer has read and accepts the terms and conditions.
  • Full balance of payment is due 30 days before the event.

     Delivery and collection

  • Washing up is included in the price of all orders. However, the hirer is expected to remove the food debris and liquid from china prior to re-packing.
  • If you have arranged for Twinkle & Snug to collect the china it is essential that its re-packaged ready for the agreed time. Twinkle & Snug will make an additional charge to the hirer of £40per hour or part of an hour for any time spent waiting for re-packaging.....if this becomes necessary.This fee would be deducted from the damage waiver (see below) along with any damages, breakages or losses.
  • We will deliver and collect free of charge within a 5 mile radius of Harlow. Deliveries outside of this will be charged at 45p per mile. 
  • A damage deposit of £100 is required and will be returned when all items have been returned and checked. The damage deposit is paid at the same time as the balance ie 30 days before your event. In the event of items of china, glass, textiles being broken or stained they must be returned to Twinkle & Snug.
  • The loss or damage charges are :
  • cup or saucer £4:00  
  • plate, sugar bowl, milk jugs £6
  • Teapots/Coffee pots ££25
  • Cake stands £25
  • Sugar tongs £10
  • Spoons/cake forks £8:00
  • Table cloths small £16, medium £20, large £25
  • Bunting £15
  • Props/decorations £5-£25


  • Baby shower and bridal craft parties are for ages 16+ only. This is due to health and safety
  • Once your date and craft are confirmed with a minimum of 8 guests a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. We require full payment 30 days prior to your craft party
